Creation
Telegrass was created by Amos Dov Silver after finishing several prison terms for light drug trade. The system's title is obtained from the merging of the expressions Telegram and grass. After his discharge from prison, Silver relocated to the United States where he launched a Facebook page for weed business. The page enabled cannabis vendors to utilize his Facebook wall under a pseudo name to advertise their goods. They communicated with customers by tagging his profile and even shared photos of the material offered for trade. On the Facebook page, about 2 kilograms of cannabis were sold every day while Silver did not engage in the trade or receive payment for it.
